CISMA 2025, the biennial industry event, has concluded successfully in Shanghai. Customers from across the globe, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, gathered at the KWONGLAM booth. Four days of in-depth exchanges yielded countless valuable technical insights and fostered deep friendships.

On the eve of the show: Presenting a flawless performance for global customers
On the eve of the show's opening, the Shanghai New International Expo Center was ablaze with lights. KWONGLAM's engineering team was making final preparations to welcome global customers. The technical director personally oversaw the commissioning of each machine. "This vision laser cutting machine must achieve a positioning accuracy of 0.01mm," he carefully checked the machine parameters. "Tomorrow's guests are all top-tier industry customers, so we must deliver at our best." As the final 747 overlock sewing machine completed its testing, the team members' faces beamed with anticipation and confidence.

"This is made with your equipment, and we've had no quality issues in the past three years," he said. A customer from the UAE in the Middle East presented us with a beautiful Arabic coffee set, sharing it with us at the booth, expressing friendship in their most traditional way. South American customers brought unique handicrafts, and European customers presented local specialties—gifts from all corners of the globe, carrying the deep bond of friendship that transcends national borders.

To address the specific leather processing needs of an Italian customer, the sales manager conducted a detailed on-site comparison of equipment parameters. When a Southeast Asian customer inquired about production efficiency, the team immediately provided data analysis of application cases in the same industry. A French customer exclaimed, "Not only are your equipment advanced, but your professional service is even more impressive!"
