According to the different of the fabric and the twisting direction of the hem, through the settings of the control system, the upper feeding can achieve (reverse differential /synchronous/forward differential) feeding. This ensures a natural transition in arc sewing, making the arc hem sewing smooth without twisting, meeting the requirement of non-iron finished products.

A servo stepper motor is used to control the allowance amount of each segment; it can automatically memorize the number of stitches and differential settings, or manually program and store 20 patterns. A single hem arc can be set with up to 15 segments, which can be timed and segmented, with automatic adjustment or manual switching of the differential amount, meeting all hem processing requirements.
5. The left knee-operated button device for starting does not take up manual operation time. Activating it once at the seam can automatically switch to the next differential step, enabling better completion of the entire hem rolling process, which is efficient and convenient.
