KL-10060-3SD-2 Heavy Duty Two-needle Template Sewing Machine
 
1.High Flexibility in Workpiece Handling
Features 360-degree head rotation, template movement in X & Y directions, and 8cm head lift. This facilitates the feeding and removing of bulky workpieces. Maximum working area is X1200*Y900mm.
2.High-Capacity Sewing Performance
Uses an XXL (32mm) vertical hook with big bobbin thread volume. Supports thread sizes up to NM 10/3 and a max sewing speed of 2500rpm. Lock stitches, with single needle and double needle for option.
3.Automated Trimming and Stability
Equipped with an auto trimmer by motor (special trimmer for vertical hook). The cylinder thread releasing structure makes the auto trimmer more stable, especially with thick thread.
4.Intelligent Monitoring and Control
Includes auto needle thread break detection, bobbin thread counting function, and is equipped with RFID. Operated via a 10-inch touch screen with a multilingual system (Chinese, English).
5.Robust Mechanical Drive & Construction
Powered by 9 driving motors. Features a strong mechanical inner presser foot, a special designed speed reducer and gears, and leading screws in X & Y directions. The exclusive independent base and arm design ensure stability and low noise at high speed.
6.Advanced Lubrication Systems
Includes an electrical auto lubrication system for the rotary hook and a micro-oil lubrication system for the sewing head, preventing oil leakage and oil dripping.
7.Connectivity and Data Management
Supports IoT for quick statistics of production data, enabling efficient production management.
8.Versatile Applications & Optional Upgrades
