Machine composition：
1.Needle detector probe: built-in 32 sets of magnets and coils, using thickened permanent magnets to ensure stable sensitivity；
2.Detection height: The detection height is the distance from the conveyor belt to the upper probe. The detection height can be selected as 12cm/15cm/20cm/25cm; the lower the detection height, the better the sensitivity;

Application：
1.Detect broken needles and ferromagnetic fragments in stitched products(clothing,toys,handbags,etc.);
2.Probe the remaining needles and nails and other unpulled metal objects in the shoe material;
3.Detect ferromagetic substances mixed in chemical raw materials,rubber and paper industry;
